Ingredients
Dry

3 cups all-purpose flower

¼ cup sugar

1½ tsp salt

1 tbsp baking powder

1½ tsp baking soda
Wet

2¼ cups milk

¼ cup vegetable oil

1 tbsp vanilla extract

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

3 eggs
Steps

Whisk dry ingredients together

Whisk wet ingredients in separate bowl until smooth

Form a well in centre of dry ingredients using your finger

Gently pour wet mixture into well

Stir and mix until batter becomes thick

Do not mix until well-combined; leave some lumps!

Cook pancakes with butter
-
Brown butter is ok!

The first side is finished when you start seeing bubbles on top and the edges look lightly browned
