Moka Pot
The process for making Café Cubano (Cuban coffee) in a Moka Pot is largely the same as making regular coffee in a Moka Pot. Only the additions are noted below.
Prep

Measure 1.5 tsp granulated sugar into a small mixing container and set aside
Brewing

As soon as brewed coffee starts flowing into the top of the pot, take it off the stove, pour 1 tsp into the mixing container with the sugar, set the pot back on the still-hot stove, and vigorously stir the coffee/sugar mixture

After halting the brew with cold water, pour the brewed coffee into the mixing container and stir gently before serving
